 There has also been some sunline V1 DH wheelsets on chainlove for $300.00, I don't know how good they are but they should be able to last you through a season since your not a heavy dude. 20mm front hub, and 150 x 12 in the rear which I believe is what your frame is.

 Sunline V1 direct mount, I also got a rear tire that I took off my new Demo 8 that I could hook you up with.

 I got a direct mount stem that is still in the box, and an intense front tire Ill sell to you cheap, but can't really help you on the other stuff.
